Group Meditation PDX

Whether you have never meditated before, or you have a daily practice - everyone is welcome to join our Group Meditation community at The Alberta Space.

Our Group Meditation community comes together regularly - every two weeks or more more often - to share in the heightened experiences of meditating as a group for 20 minutes, followed by a discussion and questions, gently guided by Justine.

We recommend arriving by 5.30pm, preferably on an empty stomach. Water and herbal tea will be available. Please bring your own snack, if you'd like to eat something during our post-meditation discussion. Doors will close promptly at 5.40pm.

Justine Bloome is a certified meditation teacher, author and publisher of The Mindful__ and an expansion coach.
