Not Your Average H Support Group

Hey Everyone! Clarice here!

I have booked this private back room for us to begin meeting on a biweekly basis.

My intention is for those in Portland and those willing to travel here to have a safe space to emotionally, physically and verbally connect with others in our community to bring the healing available that comes with working through our Herpes experience.

This group is intended for EVERYONE! Whether you are new to the group working through the devastation or you’ve had it a while and are working on stressless disclosures and recreating your worth that isn’t attached to Herpes. All are welcomed and while you may not feel you “need” to go to a meeting others may benefit to hear your story and where you’re at in life with Herpes.

What I am looking to create is a place where we can share openly, be heard and understood, to be witness to the pain we are all bottling up and to strengthen connections we once only thought possible through intimacy with sexual partners.

I am always open to collaborations and setting topics each meeting so we can start to let go of some of the weight of holding this type of experience in.

The more we share and talk openly inside of our community the more we break the death grip of shame and stigma surrounding it.

The same H Group has been run for the last 20+ years and while old members may attend the intention is for this to be a new, fresh, approach to traditional support groups. Help us build our connection to each other and foster a safe community feel.

Donations are accepted as I have paid for the space out of pocket. Pay what you can and if you cannot please don't hesitate to come because of money.

Please contact me on ClariceCo@gmail.com to confirm your spot as space is limited. Hope to see you there!

Spot and Stop Deception. The Power Of Micro-expressions.

You are lied to between 10 - 200 times a day. (How's that working for ya!) Wouldn't it be amazing if you could be a lie detection GURU!

About this Event

LEADERS --- PARENTS --- LOVERS --- ONLINE DATERS!

Imagine actually having a super power. In approximately 60 minutes, I am going to teach YOU how to SPOT and STOP deception in its tracks. You will learn the power of reading and understanding micro-expressions (yes, like the FBI, CIA and ATF use to detect lies!).

  • You will build healthier and stronger relationships, reducing the amount of energy you spend repairing them.

  • You will become more confident in your decision making, decreasing the amount of time you spend worrying and second-guessing yourself.

  • You will become savvier and more knowledgeable – saving you time, energy and money!

  • You will learn some simple communication skills to help you get to what we all want - THE TRUTH.

I guarantee you will go away from this workshop and talk about it. You will think differently about the way you communicate, interact, and engage with others! This a fun and interactive thinking workshop – not loaded with a bunch of boring b.s. bullet points. This is my pet project to encourage people to speak up and get to the nitty gritty details behind uncovering the truth.

From 5:45 PM – 6:05 PM: Please feel free to network and visit while sipping on a glass of wine. Light appetizers will also be available. Both will be provided free of charge with a purchased event ticket.

We will kick-off the presentation promptly and 6:05 so we are finished on time

In the spirit of giving back .... if you can donate a gently used set of twin /queen sheets, blankets or a towel or two, Cat Stack (POWER Community Member), will be accepting donations for The Community of Hope - located in North Portland.

Recent Testimonials:

Heidi Krause’s presentation was a strong demonstration of the influence this training can have in organizational leadership and managers of every level. HR departments could quickly have a dramatic impact improving their company teams with the tools Heidi’s teaches you. It is an innovative way to open dialogue around truth and establishing trust in relationships, specifically those in the work environment. You will leave not only looking at others with a finer lens, but yourself too – I know I did!

Heidi has a good connection with her audience and is very professional. She has excellent communication skills and was able to relay to us how important focus and attention to expression are in being able to read the subject to whom one is talking. After presenting some facts regarding truth, she demonstrated some tools to test our abilities of observation and I did miserably. (-: Statistics, (and others in the room), however assured me that I am not alone in this, and that with necessary coaching one could learn how to catch the clues through facial expressions that are so critical. I believe such a course would be useful in any social setting as a way to establish trust in any type of conflict resolution.

Organizing Your Home Office

Details

If you're like most of us, your home office is crammed into a corner of the living room, or is doing double duty as a guest room, craft room, home gym, storage room or all of the above!

In this workshop we'll cover various aspects of managing the home office:

If this is your primary workplace, how do you keep work and home from interfering with one another?

If your office is tucked into another room, how do you keep the two functional but separate?

What's the best setup to maximize space and keep things running smoothly?

What to do with all of that PAPER?

Come with questions, I'll do my best to provide answers!

We're meeting at the beautiful Alberta Space! It's at 5010 Northeast
9th Avenue, Unit B. Head upstairs and look for the conference room, at the back of the larger space.

Tapping Into Your Body's Wisdom

Tapping Into Your Body's Wisdom

Your body is your home. And yet for many of us, whether we are currently living with chronic illness or we have some more minor health issues, we often don't FEEL at home in our bodies.

Pain, discomfort, and all sorts of physical symptoms can leave us feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and at a loss for what to do.

Sometimes we can be left feeling angry and let down by our bodies.

Other times, we focus all of our energy on our minds, our thoughts, planning our life out and we start ignoring our bodies. We don't listen to the symptoms we have, we dismiss them as unimportant and we instead focus on our brain and our thoughts as the most important things.

What if you could tap into your body's wisdom and develop and new, healthy relationship with it?

Just Imagine:

- A decrease or elimination of your physical symptoms
- Feeling more physically comfortable on a daily basis
- Not getting to the end of the day so exhausted you collapse in bed
- Even when you do feel symptoms, you are able to see them in a different light and not feel so frustrated by them
- Having a new relationship with your body and understanding how it communicates with you
- Being able to stop the constant mental chatter and instead connect with your body and its needs
- Having more time and energy to focus on the things you enjoy
Taking less sick days
- Spending less time in the doctor's office and less money on medications
- Being more productive and creative with your work
- Being more present with your loved ones

What Does the Workshop Include?

During our time together, we will explore different tools and techniques to create a new relationship with your body.

These will include:

- ways to help you understand the meaning of your symptoms
- reframes for how you think about your body
- techniques to help you connect more fully with your body and its wisdom
- ways to stop being in your head all the time and be more present to your body
- tools that you can use at home regularly to continue developing this new relationship with your body

Note: the event will include therapeutic breathwork practices which are best done resting on the ground. Please plan to bring a yoga mat or other padding (for example a thick blanket) to rest on for up to 40 minutes.

Space will be limited to a maximum of 15 participants to encourage interaction with me and each other.

Investment: $125

Expand Your Influence and Grow Your Business with Ease

Expand Your Influence and Grow Your Business with Ease - With Molly Mandelberg

Growing a business can be a lot of work.

There is the work you’re doing with your clients, the admin tasks to stay on top of, the marketing to reach new people, and hopefully at some point, the hiring and training of a team who can support you to grow even more.

Without the right systems in place, and with new business coming in, it gets even more complicated.

That’s why we’re putting on this class…

To support you in learning new ways to streamline your business and marketing/outreach, so you can enjoy your life, and spend more time doing the work you actually want to keep doing.

In this two hour workshop, you’ll learn…

*Best practices for setting up and connecting with your list

*The overview of a sales funnel and how you can market online without feeling ‘salesy’

*Secrets for maximizing your content output without burning out

*Ways to choose what to create next, and how to know it’s the right thing for you AND your people

*When to know it’s time to hire help (re: coaches, assistants) and how to find the right support

Molly will also share how magic and consciousness have played a pivotal role in the growth of her business.

That may sound like a lot to cover in two hours, but even if you leave with a new perspective and understanding about one of those things, you’ll find yourself on a new trajectory.

Join us September 10th, 6-8pm, at The Alberta Space in Portland, Oregon. Doors open at 5:30pm to mingle and settle in!

Save your spot quick because space is limited!

We will have Q&A at the end if we have time left over, so please bring your marketing, business and content creation questions and we will do our best to get them answered.

Molly Mandelberg is a content creation strategist and marketing coach. She blends her love of writing with the powerful tools of this modern age, syncing up the available wonders of technology with your powerful work to create unique offerings that dazzle your people.

Hope to see you there!

Infinite Possibilities Workshop

This is a program for students of all ages and backgrounds on living life deliberately. It’s about accepting full responsibility for your future and learning how to create major life changes. We believe that everyone is special, that every life is meaningful, and that we’re all here to learn that dreams really do come true. We also believe that “thoughts become things,” and that imagination is the gift that can bring love, health, abundance, and happiness into our lives.

For further information please go to www.erin-mac.com.

The class is broken down into 8 sections:

Introduction-Thriving is our default setting, not surviving.

Thoughts Become Things-This is the underlying concept for the entire workshop (what you think is what you create)

Beliefs-Your truths that are behind the scenes that are at work creating everything that is in our lives and always has been, often without us being aware, and how to change those to get what we want.

Emotions-Our perceptions of the world lead to our emotions because our emotions are the product of our beliefs and perceptions.  You will learn to identify your limiting beliefs and dismantle those that are not in alignment with what you want for your future.

Taking Action-Major life changes require it and by taking action you are creating possibilities.

Instincts and Hunches, Dreams and Desires-They are from our higher spiritual selves, dreams and desires are windows into our future and we all have inner senses that guide us.

Faith and the Magical Universe-Having confidence in something you cannot see, even amongst uncertainties we can still live deliberately.

The Meaning of Life-Life is an adventure into learning and happiness, the meaning is simply to live it.

START YOUR NEW LIFE NOW.  LEARN TO CREATE FROM AN INTENTIONAL PLACE, NOT DEFAULT SETTINGS.  LEARN HOW TO USE THE LAW OF ATTRACTION TO CREATE THE LIFE YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED.

NW Cranial Association

More information here - https://shoutout.wix.com/so/b3MiaCebj#/main

NWCA is calling out to the community-at-large to extend an invitation to participate in the reformation of a team of folks who will work together to aide in maintaining the health of the association. In order to keep the 501c3 status, the association is in need of a team of at least three people to act as Board officers and to support the inner functioning of the association. Ideally however, there will be many who will take advantage of this opportunity to play and create together. The event on Sunday, June 30th will be an opportunity to join many hearts together to feel into the possibilities of what we want to create together for the cranial therapy community and the community-at-large.

Please note that you do not need to be a student, practitioner or teacher of Cranial work to get involved with NWCA. The association has open arms to receive those who have skills outside of the practice of craniosacral therapy to offer the associations inner workings.
